FROM FIELD TO TABLE,
SUSTAINABLY
Sustainability is the choice that guides us and the way we work every day. From cultivation to packaging, every decision along our supply chain is designed to reduce environmental impact and respect the natural qualities of the tomato, the soil, and the resources the earth provides.
A COMMITMENT
LOOKING TO THE FUTURE
We believe that producing well means producing responsibly. That is why our supply chain follows four concrete principles: no chemical products, no GMOs, respect for water resources, and manual harvesting.
WE DO NOT DEPRIVE
THE PLANET OF WATER
Water is a precious and limited resource. In our production process, we choose to use it responsibly, avoiding waste and minimizing water consumption at every stage of the supply chain, from cultivation in the fields to processing in the facility.
HAND-
HARVESTED
Hand harvesting is a deliberate choice: to slow down, observe, and select. Only by picking tomatoes manually is it possible to select fruits at the right degree of ripeness, respect nature’s timing, and ensure the integrity
of each individual product.
NO CHEMICAL
OR SYNTHETIC PRODUCTS
Our crops exclude the use of chemical or synthetic products. A choice that protects soil health, crop quality, and the well-being of those who bring our preserves to the table.
FROM A
NON-GMO SUPPLY CHAIN
GMO refers to genetically modified organisms: plants or seeds whose genetic makeup has been altered in a laboratory. We choose natural, unmodified seeds, because the tomato we grow must be the one the earth has always known.
